Asian Clothes – 14-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Asian Clothes, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to shop with confidence at https://asiancloths.com/. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
All original tags must remain attached.
Items must be free from makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, and other signs of use.
Items must be securely packed for return shipping.
Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution. We will cover eligible return shipping costs for confirmed issues.
Standard Returns: For returns due to sizing issues or a change of mind, a $20.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Store Credit Option: If you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you, subject to the return conditions below.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

Step 1 – Contact Us: Email asianclothes438@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and a shipping label where applicable. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Step 3 – Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and follow the return instructions provided by our team. Please obtain return authorization before shipping your item.

4. Refunds and Store Credit

After your returned item arrives and passes inspection, you may choose one of the following options:

Option A – Store Credit: Receive store credit for the eligible purchase amount without the $20.00 standard return shipping deduction. Store credit will be issued after inspection.
Option B – Refund to Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, such as your credit card or PayPal, where applicable. For standard returns, the $20.00 return shipping fee will be deducted. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges, taxes, and other adjustments will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

5. Exchanges and Size Changes

If you need a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. You may also choose store credit or place a new order for your preferred size.
